RosRAO confirms the compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015

RosRAO has successfully passed a recertification audit of the quality management system (QMS) within the period from 21.05.2018 to 29.05.2018 and confirmed compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The audit was conducted by experts of the management systems certification body DQS-Russia, which is part of the international audit and certification holding DQS (Germany).

Verification of the functioning of the quality management system included monitoring processes in the directorate general, subsidiaries and divisions of RosRAO, interviews with CEOs and employees, analysis of documentation and evaluation of the achievement of quality goals, as well as confirmation of the continuous improvement of the quality management system.

According to the results of the recertification audit, no inconsistencies and comments were identified. Based on the positive audit results, the certification body decided to issue a certificate of conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 with an expanded certification scope, including the handling of industrial and consumer waste of I-II hazard classes.

The results of the recertification audit indicate that RosRAO has implemented and operates a quality management system that guarantees the high quality of the services provided regardless of the changing conditions of the external and internal environment. At present, quality is one of the key factors in ensuring competitiveness, and compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015 contributes to the sustainable achievement of RosRAO’s strategic goals.
